1. Preheat oven to 375°/191 C.
2. Cut in half:
1 pound Brussel Sprouts
Sometimes you can get a stalk of brussels sprouts. Try roasting the whole stalk.
3. Toss brussel sprouts with:
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Salt
To spice it up: sprinkle a tsp of smoked paprika or smoked salt on the oiled sprouts before cooking.
and spread out on baking sheet.
4. Roast about an hour until golden brown and crisp on the outside, but still soft and tender inside.
