Improvising Off Yourself:  Jumping into the Unknown & Swimming in the Deep Pool of Your Creativity

A workshop for improvisers, solo performers, group facilitators, seminar leaders & speakers.

From San Francisco, California, Sue Walden will share from her 30+ years of teaching, directing and performing ensemble improvisation, and what she has also learned about being a one-person ensemble.

After 25 years of performing with her troupe, “Flash Family” (San Francisco’s longest-running improv troupe), Sue chose to stretch herself by creating a one-woman improv show, “Sue & Friends”.  For four years, she adapted many familiar formats to create a highly interactive theatrical experience.

This highly experiential day will include

¨  getting present with and aware of yourself

¨  “yes, anding” the unknown and yourself

¨  expanding your range of expressiveness

¨  excursions into the intuitive to access your deeper creative resources

¨  solo creating from anything and everything
